Jessica is now certified in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration and has openings available for this effective and transformative form of bodywork.

Structural Integration is a scientifically validated body therapy which, unlike massage, focuses on the muscle's fascia (protective layer). Through a series of sessions, fascia is lengthened, allowing the muscles to move more efficiently.
